Bearing news of this nature to the teaching fraternity never gets easier; in fact, it grows heavier with each loss we are forced to endure.
We convey our deepest, most heartfelt condolences to the Lebotse family, the staff and students of Radikolo JSS, and the entire education community.
The rate at which we are losing our colleagues across the country has become deeply alarming. The continuous departure of these dedicated professionals leaves a painful void, not just within our staff rooms and classes.but in the very hearts of the communities they served.
When an educator passes away, a library of knowledge, mentorship, and community guidance is lost forever.
The entire nation is feeling the weight of these losses. Teachers are the backbone of Botswana's development, shaping the minds of tomorrow's leaders, innovators, and citizens. To witness the country losing its vital teaching personnel at such a frequent pace is a national tragedy that affects us all.
May the gentle soul of Comrade Malebogo Mpho Lebotse rest in eternal peace, and may the family find the strength to navigate this incredibly dark hour.
