For 5 years of dedicated service at Phatsima Learning Institute,Ms. Lucricia Sebolao has proven that true leadership is built through commitment, consistency and a heart willing to serve wherever needed. Her journey began in May 2021 as an Office Assistant at Phase 2 Secondary, where she immediately demonstrated exceptional dedication and a strong work ethic.

Her passion and hard work saw her rise into leadership as Branch Manager at Block 9, before taking on the responsibility of helping launch Primary when it opened in 2023. She continued to play a vital role across multiple branches, leading Home Schooling and Home Centers in 2024, stepping in wherever growth and excellence were required, and continuously helping strengthen the vision.

In 2026, during Term 2, she once again answered the call to build by helping open Thamaga Secondary and Primary, further proving that she is one of the driving forces behind the birth and growth of several branches over the years.

Today, we proudly celebrate her as the Best Primary Branch Manager of the Year Award Winner🏆. Her 5-year journey reflects resilience, loyalty, sacrifice and a commitment that has helped shape the growth of this vision.

Today was not just a celebration, it was a moment of reflection, gratitude and honor. Before recognizing excellence, we first paused to celebrate a milestone that speaks volumes about who we are as an institution and the standard we continue to uphold. Last year, across our primary branches, Phatsima Learning Institute achieved a remarkable 100% Credit Pass Rate in PSLE across our primary branches, with only one branch proudly attaining 98%. This achievement is proof of dedication, consistency and a shared commitment to excellence. That is why today we paused and celebrated that remarkable achievement.

But behind every outstanding result and behind every success story, there are teachers who show up every day with passion and purpose. Teachers who go beyond simply teaching lessons , teachers who inspire, guide, nurture and ignite the potential hidden inside every child entrusted to us.

That is why today we stood together to say: We see you. We see the sacrifices, the commitment, the late hours, the preparation and the love you pour into the work you do. You do not simply teach… you love the work and through that love, you light the learner.❤️

The movement continues as Phatsima Learning Institute, through the impactful “GA O NOSI CHIEF!”, made another meaningful visit to Molefi Secondary School. As we move from school to school, our mission remains clear: to empower and uplift students while placing special focus on the boy child, reminding young boys that they matter, their voices matter and they too deserve guidance, support and opportunities to thrive.

For far too long conversations around empowerment have often overlooked the boy child, leaving many to navigate life’s pressure in silence. “GA O NOSI CHIEF!” is a promise to every boy child that they are not forgotten. It is an outstretched hand, a father’s embrace and a community’s vow that no boy should walk alone. This campaign seeks to adopt, to mentor, to restore and to remind the boy child that even in a world that overlooked you, you are worthy of love.

At Phatsima, we believe education goes beyond the classroom. It is about building confidence and helping young people realize that their background does not define their destiny. The movement is growing, lives are being touched and together we are raising a generation that believes in purpose, excellence and greatness. 🌟
