The founder said the idea came after seeing many local businesses struggle and, in some cases, close their doors because of financial challenges. He explained that the platform was created to give businesses a chance to reach more customers without paying advertising fees.

The online marketplace is open to businesses of all sizes. It allows entrepreneurs to showcase and sell their products and services for free. The founder believes every business deserves an opportunity to be seen and succeed.

He said many business owners are working hard to support their families and keep their dreams alive despite economic pressures.

The platform is expected to help local entrepreneurs expand their reach, create opportunities, and strengthen Botswana’s business community. The official launch takes place today at 2:00 PM in Gaborone.
