A change of scenery often brings a welcome shift in perspective. Stepping away from the office this May allowed us to view our daily responsibilities through a completely new lens. Our DTB team gathered to reconnect, learn, and discuss the deeper meaning behind the software we build. We had the rare privilege of learning from international professionals who experienced the birth of modern programming first hand.

From exploring the concept of job crafting to enjoying a beautiful hike to Taktsang Monastery, the retreat was an exceptional blend of professional growth and quiet reflection. It served as a profound reminder that building lasting products takes lifelong curiosity and a deep appreciation for the craft. We returned with fresh perspectives and a stronger connection to how we work together.

1) Junior Software Developers (5 slots) – BTN 45K–60K | BE IT/CS + 0–2 years

2) QA Engineers (5 slots)– BTN 38.5K–50K | IT degree/diploma or certificate

3) Mid and Senior Software Developers (6-8 slots) – BTN 60K–140K | BE IT/CS + 2+ years
