The Department of Human Settlement under the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT), invites all landowners, business owners, residents, and institutions along and near Chang Lam of City Core, Thimphu Thromde, to attend the first stakeholder consultation meeting for the Design of Chang Lam. The objective of the consultation is to create awareness about the project and to gather public’s views, aspirations, and concerns to help shape a design that reflects community needs.

The meeting will be held on July 23, 2025, from 9:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. at MoIT Conference Hall. Your participation is important in ensuring a shared and inclusive planning process.
