Why do we use a bigger pulley on the machine side and a smaller pulley on the motor side?
1. To increase torque.
Motor rotates fast but with limited torque.
2. To reduce speed to match machine requirements.
Many machines (e.g., paper machines, conveyor belts, blowers, grinders) do not need the full motor RPM but needs energy.
3. To prevent the motor from overloading
If the driven pulley is too small or equal in size, it forces the machine to run too fast → heavy load → motor overheats.
4. Better belt grip
Large pulley gives more belt contact area, less belt slip and more power transfer.

Gate that is equipped with a motorized mechanism to open and close the gate automatically. The remote control feature allows users to operate the gate from a distance, typically using a handheld transmitter or a smartphone app. This technology is commonly used in residential, commercial, and industrial settings for security, convenience, and aesthetic purposes.

USB cable wiring system
Data cables typically contain four wires (positive, negative, data transfer & data receive). The positive (+) and negative (-) wires carry electric power to the device while the other two data transfer (D+) and data receive (D-) wires are responsible for data exchange. Charge-only cables, on the other hand, only have the positive and negative power wires but lack the data exchange wires.
This configuration makes transferring of data easier and reliable. If it contains only two wires "red & black" then it is basically used for charging or powering only.

On this day, We believe that taking a bath in the rainwater collected on the day brings blessings and cleanses them of impurities. It also holds religious significance, with prayers and rituals conducted to ward off evil spirits and ensure good fortune. Additionally, families gather to enjoy special dishes and spend time together, making it a joyous occasion.
HAPPY BLESSED RAINY DAY.

The launch of the Hubble Space Telescope in 1990 marked a significant leap forward for humanity's journey through space. Positioned in Earth's orbit, Hubble's location above the atmosphere grants it a vantage point of the universe that greatly surpasses the capabilities of telescopes based on the ground.
After over three decades since its launch, the Hubble Space Telescope remains a pivotal player in the field of astronomy. Its observations span from our Solar System to the distant reaches of the high-redshift universe.
Continuing into the middle of the next decade, the HST will retain its role as the sole space-based telescope offering advanced spectroscopy and high-resolution imaging across ultraviolet, optical, and near-infrared wavelengths. The arrival of the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) in 2021 adds a new dimension, as the combined capabilities of these two observatories enhance the pursuit of profound scientific inquiries.

The electromagnetic (EM) spectrum is the ra nge of all types of EM radiation. Radiation is energy that travels and spreads out as it goes – the visible light that comes from a lamp in your house and the radio waves that come from a radio station are two types of electromagnetic radiation. The other types of EM radiation that make up the electromagnetic spectrum are microwaves, infrared light, ultraviolet light, X-rays and gamma-rays.
Radio: Your radio captures radio waves emitted by radio stations, bringing your favorite tunes. Radio waves are also emitted by stars and gases in space.
Microwave: Microwave radiation will cook your popcorn in just a few minutes, but is also used by astronomers to learn about the structure of nearby galaxies.
Infrared: Night vision goggles pick up the infrared light emitted by our skin and objects with heat. In space, infrared light helps us map the dust between stars.
Visible: Our eyes detect visible light. Fireflies, light bulbs, and stars all emit visible light.
Ultraviolet: Ultraviolet radiation is emitted by the Sun and are the reason skin tans and burns. "Hot" objects in space emit UV radiation as well.
X-ray: A dentist uses X-rays to image your teeth, and airport security uses them to see through your bag. Hot gases in the Universe also emit X-rays.
Gamma ray: Doctors use gamma-ray imaging to see inside your body. The biggest gamma-ray generator of all is the Universe.

➡0️⃣1️⃣ RESISTORS
The primary element to familiarize yourself with is the resistor. It's reasonable to deduce that a resistor, in line with its name, hinders the passage of electricity and your inference is accurate. Any circumstance necessitating regulation of current flow to a desired level will necessitate the incorporation of a resistor.
To illustrate the function of a resistor, consider the following scenarios involving the activation of an LED:
Scenario 1 – Absence of Resistor
➡On one side, there's a power supply.
➡On the opposing end, the LED is linked.
➡The complete force of the electrical current impacts the LED.
➡This excessive load leads to the LED becoming overwhelmed, ultimately resulting in its complete burnout.
Scenario 2 – Presence of Resistor
➡On one side, a power supply is present.
➡This is connected to a resistor.
➡The resistor, in sequence, establishes a connection with the LED bulb.
➡Electricity traverses through the resistor before reaching the bulb.
The extent of electricity directed to the bulb is manageable. Consequently, the LED isn't subjected to excessive strain and remains immune to burnout.
