You are not one — we are here.
You are not alone — you're held by your strength.

📔 Journal Entry: Writing My Heart Out – Part 2

This week, I challenged myself again — not just to write, but to feel deeply and let those feelings take form through poetry. With each piece, I tried to say what I couldn’t always speak aloud. Some were shaped by sadness, others by strength, and some from quiet truths I’ve long carried.

Here’s how the journey unfolded — from raw lines to refined reflections.

Prompt 1: Describe something you’re struggling to let go of.

My Poem:

> Should l really have to—
Don't want it, but have to.
It isn't about something strange…
But leaving is hard.
Don't want to say it, but goodbye.
It's hard but I have to bear.

Refined Version:

> Must I leave, though I want to stay?
It hurts to walk the other way.
It’s not a mystery, not unknown —
Just that letting go cuts to the bone.
I whisper goodbye with silent cries,
Even when my heart denies.

Prompt 2: Write about strength that isn’t always seen.

My Poem:

> You pulls me ups and down
Whispering now and then,
But why don't you show up?
While can mold me into different version.
You pulls me down, but still I rise.
My inner thoughts, be strong.

Refined Version:

> You push me up, then pull me down,
Whispering doubts, spinning me around.
Yet you never appear, just shape me from shadows—
A sculptor of strength I never chose.
You try to break me, but still I rise.
My thoughts, my fight — I’ll claim my skies.

Prompt 3: Describe a moment of fear that turned into courage.

My Poem:

> With the fear l looked around,
I see it's perfectly closed.
With all my courage, took a glance again,
Now l see it begins to open.
Hopes and dreams locked inside,
Can be open with one's determination.

Refined Version:

> Fearfully, I looked around,
The doors of life were tightly bound.
But through the dark, I dared to peer —
And watched the lock begin to clear.
Inside were hopes, asleep and wide —
Awakened by the strength inside.

Prompt 4: If your voice could be heard, what truths would you speak?

My Poem:

> If my voice could be heard,
Will reveal every deeds of my protectors,
That's full of selfless and joy,
Whom l called my parents proudly.
If my voice could be heard,
Will reveal every deeds of my enemy,
That's full of cruel and selfish act.
Whom l called as judgmental society.
If my voice could be heard,
Would be grateful to reveal,
All we felt is not to be trusted,
Where it's our inner soul.

Refined Version:

> If my voice could reach your ears,
I’d speak of love beyond the years —
Of protectors kind, with hearts so wide,
My parents, standing by my side.
I'd speak of cruelty dressed as pride,
The judgmental world we often hide.
And finally, I’d let you see,
That truth lives deep inside of me.

Final Reflection

These four poems came from a deeper place than I expected. Some verses were raw, some needed reshaping — but all of them were honest. I discovered that I don’t need fancy words to move someone. I only need the truth.

Each time I wrote, I felt more connected to who I am — and who I’m becoming.

Journal Entry: The Beginning of My Writing Journey

Today, I took a bold step toward something I’ve always quietly held in my heart — writing. Not just scribbles or poems in the corner of a notebook, but honest, emotional words that might one day reach others the way words have always reached me.

To test myself, I answered three simple yet soul-stirring questions. Here's what I wrote, what I learned, and how my words transformed:

Question 1: Describe a memory that made you smile quietly, even if it was a little sad.

My Answer: The day was all often surprised and l haven't think it would be what l felt. I was in a work along with my friends and all of a sudden someone has called my name and saying that my parents were there to meet me, that bought my face into smile quickly in a glance.

Refined Version: The day was full of surprises—I never expected to feel what I did. I was working with my friends when someone suddenly called my name. They said my parents were here to see me. In that moment, I smiled instantly, without even thinking. Just seeing them made everything feel lighter.

Question 2: If your heart could speak for just one minute, what would it say — and to whom?

My Answer: It's first and for the last at a time, l would like convince that I loved you so much ,I'll keep on loving and you are my first love mom❣️

Refined Version: For the first and maybe the last time, I want to say it clearly: I loved you so much, Mom. I’ll keep loving you always — because you were, and will always be, my first love. ❣️

Clarity: 6/10

Question 3: Write a short letter to the younger version of yourself. Tell them something they need to hear.

My Answer: Hey! What are you waiting for? Why are you so afraid? Why let fears own your little life? When fears rears its ugly head, beat it down quickly. You have to raize your voice and you can be the voice of voiceless.you are very strong. I truly believe that. Move on. You can do it!

Refined Version: Hey, what are you waiting for? Why be afraid? Don’t let fear own your life. When it shows up, face it — knock it down. Raise your voice, because you can be the voice for those who can’t speak. You’re strong. I believe in you. Now move forward — you can do it. 💪

Final Reflection: Writing these pieces felt like opening little windows into parts of myself I hadn’t visited in a long time. Some words came out clumsy, but the feelings were real — and that’s what matters. I learned that writing doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. As long as it’s honest, it already has value. This is just the beginning of my journey — and I’m excited to keep growing, one word at a time.

Would to mind to start writing??

Emptiness

a room filled with laughter,
but my mind filled with emptiness.
I cant feel anything around,
may be someone is missing.

everyone's eyes closed ,
may be dreamt of beautiful.
but a girl seems teary,
with the heart of lonely.

missed the peace place called home,
with the person called parents.

and the guy called brother,
have missed the joy of together!
