Self Actualization : Embracing one's true potential

Back with another short research on 'Self-Esteem' as hinted on the previous post. This research dives a little deeper on self esteem highlighting on it's key parts, characteristic levels, why it matters, building a healthy self esteem, self esteem from the psychology perspective and finally relating it back to the Maslow's Hierarchy Connection, which was shared on my previous carousel.

Another short research on human needs. Actually I was researching on self-esteem but as I dug deeper, I found out about the Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and without the other components mentioned in this model, gaining self-esteem seemed a bit complicated. So, had to get an overview of it before really getting into self-esteem and ultimately self-actualization.
