Topic: Love ( An Empty Lie )
You were my dream, but I woke up alone.
Love felt like a beautiful dream, but reality shattered it.We loved in silence, and lost in noise.A quiet, deep love faded away when life’s chaos took over. goodbyes hurt forever.”
Certain farewells leave scars that time can’t heal. You’re still in my heart, but not in my life. Love remains, even though the person is gone. Our chapter ended, but I’m still on the same page One moved on, while the other is stuck in the past.Love stayed, but you left.”
Feelings never faded, yet the person walked away.Your absence feels heavier than your presence ever did.The pain of missing someone is stronger than the comfort they once gave.
Thank you for reading 🙏

"LOVE BEYOND THE WORDS" — The Unfinished Chapter
I met her through a online (MESSENGER)— a spark in a simple chat.
After a month, we met in Thimphu. Not just faces, but hearts.
I saw her inner beauty before anything else.
But I wasn’t her type.
I had no riches, no titles, no perfect lines to prove my love — only truth in my silence and loyalty in my presence. we supported each other like no one else did.
In that moment, love didn’t need proof. It just… was, But life is never that simple.
Just when I realized the depth of my love for her —
Just when I finally understood what she meant to me
She started pulling away.
No fights, no final words… just distance.
When I finally realized that She’s losing interest in me and I’m losing pieces of myself trying to hold on.
It hurts more than heartbreak —
Because it’s not the end… it’s the fading.
And still, I don’t hate her.
Maybe I never will.
Because love — real love — doesn’t always win.
But it never regrets. One day she will realized how much I meant for her and care for her.
Hope to see yuh..
With warm regards
( Jigme )

Institute of Science of Mind
Institute is a learning centre. Science means knowledge of any kind. And in this context, science refers to the understanding and knowledge of the nature of our mind.
We need to understand the nature of mind as it creates both suffering and eternal peace. Knowing the nature of mind can help us in overcoming pain and sustaining happiness until we become fully enlightened.
The nature of mind will be known through studying, contemplating and meditating on the meaning taught in the scriptures by Buddha and commentaries written by great masters. For instance in the text titled ‘Abhidharmakosakarika’ that we study in first year, the author has thoroughly explained the types of primary minds and mental events. Primary mind refers to consciousness and mental events refer to thoughts. Then, in the text on valid cognition that we study in second year, the author meticulously explains how these primary minds and mental events or thoughts comprehend their respective objects. And in the text called Jewel Ornament of Liberation that we study in third year, the absolute nature of those minds is explained. These texts are complimented by many more Buddhist texts.
Therefore being a learning centre where we study the nature of our mind by relying on authentic scriptures, our institute is known as ‘Institute of Science of Mind’.

Passage to a living RITE OF PASSAGE.
JÏgmé ÑDrúp
When someone dies, people say that they have left this world and moved to another world. In other words, this is a passage from one state to another state. This makes me think of the anthropological concept of “rite of passage.”The idea of “rite of passage” is that in life, we go through some important changes.ritual, event, or experience that marks or constitutes a major milestone or change in a person's life. Rites of passage celebrate the social movement of individuals into and out of groups or into or out of statuses of critical importance to the individual and to the community.
When. Yuh are alive do good things we never know when the death day will come ..
Dear My Brother.
Kuenley Gyeltshen
When my brother cries, my heart breaks a little too, because his pain is my pain.” “A brother's tears are like silent cries for help.” “There's no greater sadness than seeing your brother lose his way in life.”Life's journey has given me many pals, but there is no buddy like a brother.”No matter how many friends you have, the companionship of brother and sister is unbeatable. No matter how our parent treat us but my idol ,my brother and sister which gives me love to express this world. Life has come to me yuh opend the door with the successful foot print 👣 inside my mind 😔. Much in deeo with yuhr words where yuh came along the way to sacrifice your time..
Dear Sister in law.
Peema Dekey
Thank you for supporting our family. The words and hard work that you put along with my brother is so mournful no matter how hard time you spent to get through ones success.. I am so thankful to have gained not only a brother but also a wonderful sister-in-law like you.” “You have enriched our family in countless ways, and for that, I am truly thankful.” “I am grateful for the bond we share as sisters-in-law, and the support we give each other.”.
Hope this hardwork will continue till ever.
With love .

Topic: Ink of Unspoken words
Genre: fiction.
I was in midst of all crying babies of the school. It was my first day in school After a long winter vacation and really I was disappointed to see most of my going –to- be- classmates weeping and pleading their parents to not to leave them. I have no one to drop me at school. In my heart I was smiling bye to mama.
I was in pre kg. The new Grey uniform and old school bags filled with neatly bound note books excited me. But after seeing ‘first day in school’ situation, I started waiting for the final bell even before the first hour went. Once all the parents left the class rooms, students in grey uniforms entered our class. It was the first time we saw each other after a long time break. He was little taller than me for first standard and was holding hands with one of his girl classmate. Later I came to know her name as Dema. We smiled for no reason in particular. The fifth, grade kids danced to “Rigser song ”. I seemed to be the only child enjoying the dance. After the dance, when they moved out of the room, she turned back to see me who was staring at her…. that’s when the sparks were set in my heart and unknowingly I was eager to find the real fire…!
I had become the topic of discussion of the entire school. All the students were giving me a hiding stares, afraid to give a direct one. I knew they were gossiping about me. Without my mistake and without my control I was in that situation. I was afraid, insulted, being talked about… that guy had the guts. Tears swelled up, about to burst. It was the biggest humiliation of my 11 years life. I wanted to go and slap that girl on face for creating such a disgustingly popular concept of giving me a love letter not in hands but on the walls and doors of our class which became a seasonal hit even before I reached the school and realize what’s happening.
I was in class 6th grade then. The newly admitted girl to our class had this thing with me. She wanted to beat my scores in the beginning but then I don’t know what made her write an open love letter to me on school walls. I stood near the washroom uncertain what to feel. I was afraid of sudden attention and constant looks from others.
It was the break time and students were given 15 minutes of break to attend their personal needs. But that day they seemed more interested in knowing my story than the needs of their own body. The moment the bell rang I had run away from the classroom without wanting to answer anyone’s curious questions and more over I didn’t want to see that girl who literally ruined my life at 6th standard.
I saw the school leader and my senior friend from 10th standard walking towards me.
“What did teachers say Jigme".
“Jigme…. Just Jigme…”
“Yeah, sorry Jigme.”
“It’s nothing. They just called his parents. And there might be some kind of formalities and they forget it. Don’t be overly worried OK? You secondary section people make a big fuss of everything. Aren’t you?
Saying that he walked to washroom and I stood cursing Dema for being absent on that day only. I dint feel like speaking to anyone else.
That evening, after a series of questions from all subject teachers and sky touching cry from the love letter guy, finally the time to go home came. I was relieved. Unlike other times I avoided going with my friends and chose to go alone peacefully.
There I saw Dorji. He was then the head of 6th section. He was standing in between the circle of students. By his gestures and movements, and the expression of the students standing silently, I understood that he was warning someone. He was tall, good looking and popular kid of the section. Many of my friends were fond of him also fans of him. I noticed him in mornings during the class hours as he stands in front and give us commands. The day which I reached at school I wish to have a sit partner girl. Which I just fall on her. I had known the words like cute, sweet, handsome and beautiful. But it was that age where I dint know which one to use on her. She is perfectly cute and pretty from the very beginning.
She noticed me looking at her. All the other students turned too. I realized then Dorji was taking charge of the love letter boy by which name i had already become a famous kid of school. We exchanged a smile. May be it was the moment fate which I had started writing a love story
Thank you 😌.
