Gaupel ECCD

On Thursday, 28th May 2026, Gaupel ECCD children observed Menstrual Hygiene Day to understand simple and basic concepts about body awareness in a bright, simple, and child-friendly way. The activity focused on cleanliness, care, respect, and growing healthy, helping both boys and girls understand the importance of caring for their bodies and respecting one another.

Gaupel ECCD children had the opportunity to interact with PP class students through a Friendship Hunt exchange program, which promoted friendship, social interaction, and cooperation among the children. The children enjoyed exploring together, sharing ideas, and participating in fun activities with their friends. This exchange program also helped build confidence and encouraged positive relationships between the children. A parenting session was successfully conducted on 23rd May 2026 with the participation of parents and facilitators. The main objective of the session was to strengthen the relationship between parents and children and to create awareness on positive parenting practices.
During the session, important topics such as assessing children on good health, happy smart, effective communication with children, the importance of emotional support, children’s learning and development, and positive discipline strategies (Damtsi Activity) were discussed. Parents actively participated in group discussions and shared their experiences and ideas regarding child upbringing.
Various interactive activities and presentations were carried out to make the session engaging and informative. Parents were encouraged to spend quality time with their children, support their learning at home, and maintain a safe and loving environment for their overall growth and development.
