Today, we honoured the women who nurture faith, shape families, serve selflessly, and leave lasting legacies through love each and every day.

Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and mother figures from our Trinity Methodist Church family!

Today, during our morning worship service, we bid farewell to our sexton, Mr. Pratt, followed by a time of fellowship at a special luncheon in his honor.

For thirteen years, Mr. Pratt has served Trinity Methodist Church with distinguished commitment—demonstrating steadfast dedication, exemplary reliability, and faithful stewardship of our church facilities. His quiet integrity, unfailing courtesy, and spirit of devotion have helped uphold the dignity and daily ministry of our congregation.

Beyond his daily duties, Mr. Pratt also provided strong support to our soup kitchen, extending his service into the heart of our community and embodying the true spirit of Christian care.

Today, we formally recognized his invaluable contributions, offered in sincere gratitude for his faithful labor.

We thank you, Mr. Pratt, for your years of service and pray God’s continued blessings upon you in this next chapter.

We extend heartfelt congratulations to our beloved pastor, Rev. L. Carla Culmer, on her appointment as 2nd Vice President of the Bahamas Christian Council, elected as part of Pastor Mario Moxey’s leadership slate.

Rev. Culmer continues to make us proud as a faithful servant of God and a powerful voice in our nation. Notably, she holds the distinction of being the only woman to have delivered the sermon during our National Independence Celebrations—a testament to her anointing, leadership, and unwavering commitment to ministry.

Serving through the Bahamas Conference of The Methodist Church, she exemplifies the very heart of John Wesley’s charge: “the world is my parish,” and our Lord’s call to “go into all the world.” Her ministry extends far beyond the walls of the church, impacting lives across our community and nation.

We celebrate this well-deserved appointment and pray God’s continued wisdom, strength, and favor upon Rev. Culmer and the entire Executive Leadership Team of the Bahamas Christian Council.

May God continue to guide and bless your service.

On November 29, we held our annual Fall Festival. The event was a huge success thanks to the hard work of our members and the support of attendees. Special thanks to the Aquinas Marching Band for an amazing performance. We’ll see you next year!
