The role requires a high level of customer service in the administration of Motor claims, including conducting inspections of motor vehicles on behalf of the company and facilitating motor claims settlement within The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, including at accident scenes.

Senior Innovation Business Analyst
Lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive business transformation through stakeholder collaboration.

Accounts Receivable Assistant
Support the accounts receivable function by managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections.

Accounts Reconciliation Officer
Ensure the integrity of financial records through accurate reconciliations, investigation of discrepancies, and maintenance of strong financial controls.

Bahamas First values the democratic tradition of free and fair elections. Therefore, the company will close at 2pm on Election Day to allow employees time to exercise their right to vote.
