One of the highlights of our 1095 trip was dinner with this team. Grateful for the conversation, the laughs, and the chance to spend real time together. Moments like that are a great reminder of how strong this group is and how much I appreciate getting to do this alongside them. I have a great team!

One of my favorite days of the year.
Our annual trip to Disney with this team stepping away from the day-to-day, laughing, trading ideas, and just enjoying time together. Just incredibly talented humans having a good time! Days like this don’t just recharge us I feel they strengthen the culture we’re building together. #1901

So thankful for this group…the laughs, the stories, the real conversations. Just good people doing meaningful work together. Nights like this remind you how lucky you are to be on a team like this.

One of our talented Associates in Marketing, Laura designed our newest In-N-Out shirt, and I just learned how special this was to bring vision to life.

Her dad immigrated to the U.S. from Ireland, and his very first burger in America was In-N-Out. His cousins told him, “You’re a Californian now.” From then on, every time their family visits from Ireland, they eat at In-N-Out and pick up the latest shirt. When Laura went back to Ireland a few years ago before she even worked at In-N-Out she would bring shirts and that her cousins were still wearing their old ones with pride, and to impress their friends.

So when she had the chance to design our new shirt, it wasn’t just another project. It was something near and dear to her and her family.

And she brought that dream to life beautifully. Only 3 Associates in our history have ever designed one of our shirts and she’s one of them.

As we head into Tennessee, our 10th state, her work helped bring Lynsi’s vision to life in the most meaningful way. Showcasing the landscape of all of the states we do business in.

Proud of her. Grateful for her talent. And blown away by the heart behind this design. Well done Laura and THANK YOU!

We’ve officially opened our very first In-N-Out Burger in our 9th state — Ridgefield, Washington! 🎉 This opening marks an exciting step in our journey and is only possible because of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of all our Associates and across our 423 other Stores and Support!

Thank you to everyone who played a part in bringing In-N-Out to the Pacific Northwest. And a huge THANK YOU to all the Washington Customers who came out to celebrate with us! We love and appreciate you!!

Congratulations to my beautiful, strong, sweet, and fiercely driven daughter. Watching you grow into the woman you are today has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I’m beyond proud not just of what you’ve accomplished, but of who you are.

You’ve worked hard, stayed true to yourself, and led with heart and grit. And now, as this chapter closes, the world is wide open and it’s yours for the taking.

Another incredible Support Leader Conference in the books. This leadership team? Unreal. You challenge the status quo, hold the line on standards, and still lead with care.
