We're in a place where time has stopped - gravel roads, everyone that passes by gives you a smile, a wave and wishes you a good day.
Located within a small quiet gated community with 2 other WFH long term renters.
Wake up to the sounds of nature, monkeys, and birds. At night the sky is lite up with stars as far as you can see and sometimes you can even hear the waves of the ocean.
There are many restaurants to choose from the local cuisine of Bar Latino, just steps away, to the world famous French restaurant, Villa Deevena and all in between, something for everyone.
Or let everyone come to your doorstep, bakery truck offering gluten free/vegan sweets and salty treats, fish truck, and neighbors selling delicious homemade tamales and local dishes.
Although its small, you will not miss out on anything that a standard size home as to offer, air conditioning, hot water, fiber optics WiFi, queen bed, fully equipped kitchen, with full size stainless steel frig, oven and microwave. Indoor shower with glass doors and washing machine, outdoor enclosed shower, indoor & outdoor eating area and even an outside hammock for lounging and listening to the monkeys and birds – tons of nature around you.
Preferably for a single person - $700 a month plus elec and wifi and includes cleaning.
