We are profoundly honored to announce that the late Leslie Robinson will be posthumously awarded the 2025 Fred Reiss Lifetime Achievement Award at the Bermuda Captive Conference. This recognition celebrates her unparalleled service and enduring impact on Bermuda’s captive insurance industry.

Leslie was a true visionary, a tireless advocate, mentor, and unifying force. As a former Chair of the Bermuda Captive Conference and a founding Strategic Director of the Bermuda Captive Network, she navigated the industry through pivotal moments, championing inclusion, education, and Bermuda's global standing. Her dedication extended beyond professional achievements; she was a respected Senator and committed mentor, inspiring countless individuals to find their voice and pursue careers in insurance.

We invite you to join us in celebrating her extraordinary legacy during the Opening Session of the 2025 Bermuda Captive Conference on Tuesday, June 10th, at 9:00 AM in the Harbourview Ballroom at the Hamilton Princess, Bermuda. The award will be accepted by her spiritual daughter, Kelechi Jones, alongside younger cousins Che’ Clarke and Scott Clarke, both of whom Leslie mentored into the industry.

Leslie Robinson's life was defined by conviction, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to Bermuda’s success. We are proud to honor her profound contributions.

On Day 3 of we’ll announce a new internship programme and explore critical topics like economic shifts, optimizing captive portfolios, and strategic exit solutions. We'll also explore the impact of disruptive technology, how captives address climate risk, and Bermuda’s role in the reinsurance landscape.
