I was recently requested by a valued client/friend to create a surprise dish for them this evening, inspiring me to craft the following menu: Miso-marinated Black Cod, Rock Fish pan-fried in panko with salsa verde, Salmon baked in Nori with Saffron sauce, and Gnocchi with homemade pesto.
