On Wednesday 6th May, receive expert advice from Matthew Francis, a UK-trained podiatrist and founder of Atlantic Podiatry in Bermuda! During a free 10-minute one-on-one consultation at the Bermuda Diabetes Association, Matthew will check your feet for diabetes-related complications and answer any questions you may have, helping you take confident steps toward better foot health. Tips for creating quick & easy meals at home with the Bermuda Diabetes Association and Chef Rachel from Two fish in a Barrel! Tuesday 21st April from 5.30pm!

Join us live on Facebook from 5:30pm–7:00pm (tomorrow, April 21) for an interactive cooking session all about creating quick and easy weeknight meals at home.

Chef Rachel from Two Fish in a Barrel will be sharing simple, delicious recipes and practical tips to help you move away from processed foods and feel more confident in the kitchen. Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking for fresh meal inspiration, this is a great place to start.

Our very own Registered Dietitian Sara Bosch de Noya, will also be on hand dropping helpful nutrition tips to make your meals both healthy and satisfying.

Think heart-smart, diabetes-friendly, whole food cooking made easy 🙌

Even small changes can make a big difference. If you rarely cook at home, begin with just one meal a week. If you already cook occasionally, try adding one more. Your body will thank you for it.

Tune in and pick up a few new ideas you can start using right away.
