Prime.bm Service Desk — Final Notice Before Public Walk-In Pause

Prime.bm will have three final public walk-in service days before our scheduled transition:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

On Monday, 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM will be limited to intake and triage. Regular technical service will resume for the final hour.

After 5:00 PM on Wednesday, the storefront will close to the public and will reopen on June 9.

During the closed period, current clients with pre-existing tickets, accepted obligations, or confirmed arrangements will remain handled as scheduled. Public walk-in service will not be available, and no new devices will be accepted, released, or collected outside confirmed arrangements.

Special orders and overseas shipping requests have already been suspended.

For these final three days, walk-in service will be limited to quick, clear, practical matters that can be handled within available capacity. Larger repairs, complex diagnostics, custom requests, new non-contract business inquiries, and uncertain cases will generally be deferred until June unless already accepted.

If we are not confident that we can help properly before closure, we will say so. Where appropriate, we may refer the matter elsewhere rather than accept work we should not be holding during the transition.

This closure is part of Prime.bm’s move into a hybrid Service Desk model: clearer intake, better routing, and a more disciplined structure for both walk-in and scheduled service.

Prime.bm Service Desk — Bermuda Day Weekend & Transition Notice

We are now wrapping up public walk-in service for this week.

Prime.bm will be closed tomorrow for the Bermuda Day public holiday, and we will also be closed on Saturday.

Next week, we will have three remaining public service days before our scheduled transition closure:

Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After 5:00 PM on Wednesday, the Service Desk will close for the transition period. Prime.bm is scheduled to reopen on June 9.

During that closure, public walk-in service will not be available. Devices will not be accepted, released, or collected during the closed period, so please use the remaining service days next week if you need to collect completed items, purchase available stock, or speak with us before the transition begins.

Special orders are now suspended. For the remaining public service days, walk-in service will be limited to available inventory and available capacity. What we have in store is what is available for sale, including selected laptops, accessories, and a few custom builds.

This transition is intentional. We are using the closure period to reset the Service Desk properly so that when we reopen, we reopen cleanly, clearly, and under the next operating structure.

Yesterday, we introduced Service Desk 3 — the next stage of how Prime operates.

The new website gives clients clearer routes for public service, business technology, custom systems, web and AI workflow, schedule guidance, customer terms, limited warranty information, and direct contact.

It also includes real images from the Service Desk, because this is not an abstract online service. It is a real desk, a real room, and a governed way to approach technical work in Bermuda.
