Our 1st Yoga & Run for mental health was 🙌🏾🏃🏾♀️💪✨🧘🏾♂️👌🏾 and has us feeling beyond grateful! Thank you to Ziggy and Dan from grateful miles run club and Treehouse for bringing us together. Thank you to all the runners for the beautiful energy - Mike Simmons for holding space - Discovery Wines & Spirits for the refreshments - and BIG thank you to The MarketPlace Ltd Bermuda for allowing us to use the parking lot.

Too many of us grew up in homes where survival was the goal and norm. It was all our parents could give us or teach us. But surviving isn’t the same as living. So how do we shift our bodies and minds into a place where we can live beyond survival?

Sometimes it’s the little things you notice in class. Like two hands almost touching, when someone forgot which way their left was
…this moment makes me feel grateful for what Treehouse is and how we grow
A few weeks back…had a conversation with a friend Rob about why more men don’t try yoga. (Thanks for the audio Rob!) And what the men that do come regularly get out of the classes. Clarity. Flexibility. Space. Time to stop. Rest. Community. Focus. The list goes on. Another gooood friend Steve said yesterday some men are just hardwired to sacrifice and put themselves last until they get a wake up call.
It’s not a secret that we’re completely bias over here at Treehouse about yoga. We created a whole studio to get the people the “yoga industry” is leaving behind on a mat. And that includes men.
So you tell us how do we get yoga added to the conversation ya’ll are having about crypto, creatine and bitcoin.

The team at Vantage Risk is one of the best teams we’ve been able to host a private yoga session for. Every year they come on time, ready with smiles and jokes, and then they drop so quickly into a focused and serene state. It’s really something to witness. This week they even stayed on their mats when it started sprinkling! No one got up or ran for the door. Feeling so grateful to be able to be a part of their wellness day 🙌🏾 Big thanks to Celene for having us back this year
