1. “What’s one myth about being a real estate agent that drives you crazy — and what’s the truth?”
That we just “open doors” for clients. The truth is that showing property is only a one piece of the pie. The real skill to being a good agent is the ability to wear many hats. One moment you need to be an agent, the nextmoment you may need to be a cleaner, pet whisperer, landscaper or even a therapist.

2. “Can you share a time when a deal almost fell apart — and how you saved it?”
I wont divulge too much but I refer you to my previous answer!

3. “If you had to sell your own dream home tomorrow, what’s one detail you’d highlight in the listing — and why?”
Without a doubt, the kitchen! My motto is, “If you’ve got it, flaunt it,” and a beautiful kitchen is a showstopper. It’s so much more than a room for cooking; it’s the true heart of the home where family and friends inevitably gather. I would highlight the gleaming appliances and beautiful finishes, but more importantly, I’d focus on selling the lifestyle. You want potential buyers to immediately picture themselves laughing with friends around the island or enjoying a sunny morning coffee. A great kitchen sells the dream, not just the house.
