We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensure seamless ex*****on of creative deliverables. This role also includes budget tracking, assisting with creative updates, and supporting the implementation of marketing deliverables.
 
Requirements and Strengths:
• A degree from an accredited University/College or 3-5 years experience in project coordination or management
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Highly responsive and professional communication style
• Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset
• Expert organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management systems and resource tracking methodologies
• Experience developing estimates and managing project budgets and timelines
• Confidence presenting to large or small groups
• A creative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or willingness to learn
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends is advantageous

After designing Arcus's distinctive logo, we extended our focus to crafting a robust brand guideline. This detailed document meticulously outlines everything from colour schemes to messaging, ensuring every interaction reflects the essence of Arcus. It's about more than just a logo; it's about building a cohesive brand identity.

Our recent logo design for Arcus epitomizes our commitment to pushing creative boundaries. Drawing inspiration from the elegant curvature of a bow & arrow, we believe it resonates with both innovation and symbolism, hitting the mark of excellence.

Our partnership with the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre has resulted in a diverse range of impactful marketing materials. From brochures to signage, print ads to editorials, our collaborative efforts have yielded captivating pieces that effectively bring awareness to the Centre's core services. This includes communication about cancer awareness, early detection and prevention resources, cancer support, and radiation therapy treatment.

Central to our approach has been the establishment of a meaningful connection between our client and the local audience. Our aim is to compel them to take notice and engage with the important messages conveyed. Through the strategic use of emotive language, bold graphics, and visually impactful imagery, we strive to grab their attention and resonate deeply with their hearts and minds.

We take great pride in our collaborative journey alongside our client, the Bermuda Cancer and Health Centre. Together, we have diligently worked to create a brand that not only captures attention visually, but also embodies their vision of supporting our community in building healthier lives, free from cancer and disease.

In refining their brand, we adjusted the font and spacing of the logo to achieve a more contemporary look, and expanded their colour palette to complement their distinctive lavender hue—a colour that symbolizes solidarity and support for those affected by cancer.

To ensure consistency and cohesion, we developed a comprehensive brand guideline that serves as a roadmap for utilizing their brand elements effectively. This includes visual aspects such as the logo and typography, as well as guidelines for maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality.

Our partnership with the Centre has been invaluable, and we remain committed to raising awareness for their exceptional work in our community.
