This past weekend in Japan, Mel completed the Tokyo Marathon, earning the coveted Six Star Medal for finishing all six of the Abbott World Marathon Majors. That means she has now completed Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York City. Fewer than 25,000 runners worldwide have accomplished this milestone.

For those who know Mel, this achievement will come as no surprise. The same determination, discipline, and quiet resilience that power her through 26.2 miles are the qualities she brings to everything she does professionally and personally.
