أعلن معهد البحرين للدراسات المصرفية والمالية عن طرح حلول متكاملة في مجال التوظيف وتقييم الكفاءات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، بالتعاون مع منصة "سيرتي" البحرينية، وذلك بهدف دعم المؤسسات في تحسين جودة قرارات التوظيف، وقياس الكفاءات بصورة أكثر دقة، وتعزيز جاهزية القوى العاملة بما يواكب احتياجات سوق العمل. وتجمع هذه الحلول بين خبرة المعهد في التقييم وبناء القدرات، وتقنيات سيرتي في مطابقة المرشحين، وفرز السير الذاتية، والمقابلات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، والتقارير التحليلية، بما يسهم في ربط المواهب بالفرص المناسبة وتعزيز فاعلية القرارات المرتبطة بالكفاءات.

The BIBF has introduced integrated AI-driven hiring and assessment solutions in partnership with Sirati, a Bahrain-based AI hiring platform, to support organisations in improving hiring decisions, assessing competencies more accurately, and strengthening workforce readiness. The solutions combine BIBF’s expertise in assessment and capability building with Sirati’s smart hiring tools, including candidate matching, CV screening, AI-enabled interviews, automated evaluation, and hiring reports, helping organisations connect the right talent with the right opportunities and make more effective talent-related decisions.

🇧🇭 أعلن الدكتور أحمد الشيخ، الرئيس التنفيذي لمعهد BIBF، عن تدريب أكثر من 1,600 بحريني ضمن المبادرة الوطنية للذكاء الاصطناعي التي أطلقها المعهد، بهدف تمكين المشاركين من توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في بيئات العمل وتعزيز الإنتاجية.

وتساعد المبادرة العاملين في مختلف القطاعات على تسريع إنجاز المهام، وتحسين الوصول إلى المعلومات، ودعم اتخاذ القرار من خلال تطبيقات عملية للذكاء الاصطناعي.

ومن المتوقع أن يصل عدد المستفيدين إلى نحو 2,000 بحريني بنهاية العام الجاري، في مؤشر على تزايد الاهتمام بالمهارات المستقبلية في سوق العمل.

Dr. Ahmed Al Shaikh, CEO of BIBF, announced that more than 1,600 Bahrainis have now been trained through the Institute's national AI initiative, gaining practical skills to apply artificial intelligence in the workplace and enhance productivity.

Launched in 2025, the initiative helps professionals use AI to streamline tasks, improve access to information, and support better decision-making across a range of sectors.

The programme is expected to reach approximately 2,000 beneficiaries by the end of the year, reflecting growing demand for practical AI skills that support workplace performance and future workforce readiness.
