But who am I?
I’m Mario Impens , 39 years old, natural bodybuilder, IFBB Athlete, and competed at National and International level. That’s as an athlete, but I’m also a Personal Trainer and have a true passion for helping people to achieve what everyone believes unachievable! By the way, I spent more than half of my professional life in a 9 to 5 office job and I have 2 kids, so yes, I understand your struggles!

The incline dumbbell press is a great way to build strength and promote muscle growth, especially in the clavicular head of the pectoralis major, a muscle group in your upper chest. With proper form, incline dumbbell presses can also increase your grip strength and promote stability between the two sides of your chest, equalizing strength imbalances. Additionally, using a pair of dumbbells in this variation provides a greater range of motion than a traditional bench press.
