This is how we do it.

Every XDEEP BCD is manufactured in our own facility in Poland by our experienced team. Only this way we can keep an eye on the manufacturing process from the very beginning to the very end.

The bladder is a crucial and safety-critical part of the BCD. We weld our bladders with the powerful, computer-controlled 50kW welder. This ultra-precise machine automatically controls the welding process from the beginning to the end and records the parameters with 0.2s resolution to send it to our servers.

If something would go wrong with the welding (which itself is very unlikely), the machine immediately destroys the bladder to ensure that it won't be installed in the final product.
