Formula Electric Belgium Formula Electric Belgium is a team of (engineering) students that design and build electric racecars!

We are proud to present you the design of our new e-car! No less than 4173 parts were assembled in a 3D model. With a weight of 200kg and an acceleration from 0 to 100km/h in 2.7 seconds, the UMICORE LUNA will be a strong competitor at the Formula student competition in the summer of 2015. Come and see the real car at the end of May when we present the car to the general public! Watch our design movie at our new page!

Formula Electric Belgium Formula Electric Belgium is a team of (engineering) students that design and build electric racecars!

To all our followers, partners and fans;
From now on Formula Group T and Thomas More Innovation will merge to form Formula Electric Belgium. We will participate in the Formula Student competitions as the only electric Belgian team in the summer of 2015. With Formula Electric Belgium we want to rise to the next level of performance!

To ensure the safety of our car, testing is crucial. Nick and Thomas made some test pieces of the different structures that they are going to use in the carbon monocoque in co-operation with our partner Sonaca.

We are selected for the Formula Student UK competition! At the beginning of July you can find us at the Silverstone circuit!

Did you know that we need about 900kg of aluminium for the manufacturing of our car?! Dejond Metals provides us with excellent quality, giving us the opportunity to build a lightweight car!

The monocoque of our new car starts to appear!
This shape will be used for the manufacturing of the carbon fiber chassis. Many thanks to Twinplast for their support!

Make It Work gives students the chance to experience what it is like to choose for a career in the science and technology sector. Our car June definitely inspired some of them!
