Words can't describe how grateful we are for the turnout and atmosphere at our farewell show. We expected a lot of familiar faces, but not that many. It's heartwarming to go out with such a bang. We want to thank every single one of you who supported us in any way in the past 11 years. It's been a hell of a ride which shaped us as individuals like no other ride did. The name Mark My Way originated from the idea that we wanted to contribute to a genre and a scene we love so much, and last Saturday was the craziest example we apparently succeeded in that.
We enjoyed every second of it, but now it's time to put an end to MMW. Our leftover merch is available on our Bandcamp at great discounts.

In a bit less than 2 weeks, we'll play our final show. This one will hurt for sure, but better to go out with a bang than to fade out.
It'll be one to remember, no doubt. We won't do this alone and have invited our friends in Attrition, In Clover, Minded Fury, Deconsecrate and Mindwar to make that happen.

2012-2023

In the past 11 years, a lot has changed while our focus and objective remained. From the early beginning it was just a bunch of friends who made music and we can still say to this day we succeeded in this. But life goes on and new responsibilities and passions sprout.
We are extremely proud and grateful for our endeavors during the past 11 years. 1 demo, 2 EP’s and one full album released on multiple formats. Support from our local, Belgian and even international scene. So many great bands we shared the stage with. So many new friends we met along the way. But now, it’s the right time to put an end to Mark My Way.
We especially want to thank Kick Out The Jams, Genet and Dust & Bones Records for believing in our journey. Our great fans who supported us throughout all these years and last but not least our beautiful life partners that supported us chasing our passion.

We’ll play one final show on Saturday 28/10 in ART Vortn Vis in Ieper. The line-up consists of bands that we shared the stage with the most over the past 11 years and that are very close to our hearts.

It feels very weird writing down these words, but we can only look back on these past years with great joy. We loved and enjoyed every minute of it, but now it’s time to move on. Some of us you’ll certainly see on stage again with other (new) bands.

We had a blast playing Ieperfest last friday. It's always an honor representing our hometown on the stage, and especially at Ieperfest .
