Fantastic evening spend with Weekend Indian Cooking Team. We managed to cook three dishes, Masala Chai and later we did had a nice social conversation.

No edits and Fake colour, our Weekend Indian Cooking Session Had fantastic time on 28th March 2026. Curious team ready to learn in & out of spice and style of Indian Cuisine. We managed to cook a lot.
1. Welcome MASALA Chai - How to blend spice
2. Quick Dosa Making- Indian Breakfast
3. How to make fresh Paneer - Then it's substitute
4. Curry out of Spinach, & Paneer - Chicken lovers did chicken based curry.
5. Bread Making
It was intense session & tiring as well, but Participants managed it. Thanks to them.
Next Session and dates for April & May are going to realised tomorrow. Keep checking online.
