Hi, I’m Stefana. 👋

27 years old, founder of Visuall, and probably way too excited about paper samples.

Visuall officially turns 5 this year. Although if we’re being honest, the first 2 years were built between architecture classes, deadlines, and a lot of figuring things out along the way.

At heart, I’m a designer.

The entrepreneur part kind of happened by accident

What started as a love for beautiful design slowly grew into a business, a workshop, an incredible network of partners, and more ideas than I could ever fit into one lifetime.

I get excited about things most people don’t even notice.

A nice color.
A beautiful detail.
A restaurant where the branding perfectly flows into the interior.
A concept that makes people stop and think: “Wow, they really thought about this.”

With a background in architecture, I’ve always been fascinated by how people experience spaces and moments. Not just how things look, but how they feel.
That’s exactly what I try to bring into every project at Visuall.

Making life easier for event planners, brands and couples by taking the design weight off their shoulders and helping create the details that guests will actually remember.

I’m ambitious, a little bit of a dreamer, occasionally a people pleaser (my clients can probably confirm that), and very much a “let’s find a solution” kind of person.

I might panic for five minutes, but after that you’ll usually find me making a plan, finding a workaround, and getting the job done anyway.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my sisters and friends, staying active, planning the next adventure, or getting inspired by beautiful places, interiors and experiences.

I genuinely enjoy building a business, and I still get ridiculously excited when a new opportunity lands in my inbox.

And honestly?
I hope that never changes.

The feeling of a warm summer afternoon.
That was the atmosphere we set out to capture with this editorial wedding setting. A celebration filled with sunshine, laughter and effortless beauty, where every detail feels joyful and inviting.

Flowing designs, bold colours, playful details and vibrant florals came together to create a tablescape that radiates happiness from every angle. Even the stationery became part of the experience, blending seamlessly into the styling and adding a touch of Mediterranean charm.

Together with an incredible team of talented suppliers and a truly breathtaking venue, we turned a vision into something that feels like a perfect summer memory.

Tafelsignalisatie en menukaartjes is warm bruine tinten. Voor de bordjes gebruiken we getint bruin plexiglas dat op maat gesneden en geplooid werd tot dit rechtopstaande design!

HIRING ✨

Deze zomer ben ik op zoek naar een freelance graphic designer die mij kan ondersteunen tijdens drukke periodes.

Werk je vlot in Adobe Illustrator en Photoshop en heb je een oog voor detail en esthetiek? Dan ben jij misschien wie ik zoek.

Je helpt mee aan projecten binnen de eventsector zoals trouwfeesten en business events, van uitnodigingen tot volledige visuele concepten. Je werkt onder mijn begeleiding en springt bij wanneer de workload piekt.

Wat ik belangrijk vind:
- gevoel voor design en compositie
- zelfstandig kunnen werken maar ook openstaan voor feedback
- nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- affiniteit met de eventsector is een grote plus
kennis van andere programma’s zoals InDesign of 3D tools is mooi meegenomen
