The brightness of this dish is picked up by the soft swirl of the Mabo Plate in Sesame. Charred mackerel with Chinese kale and yellow curry. Because at .antwerp, the plate is chosen as carefully as the ingredients.
Seasonal produce from smallholder farmers, prepared with care and presented with thought. It's why this collaboration felt so natural from the start. Same values, different craft.
