The quality of operational data in F&B has improved significantly and getting to it quickly is where the next gain sits.

Operational decisions happen fast. On the road, before service, between meetings. The closer the data is to those moments, the more it actually shapes what gets decided.

What we've been working on with MCP changes that in a straightforward way.

Instead of navigating a platform, you ask a question.
"What is my food cost at location X this week?"
"Which dishes are underperforming on margin right now?"

The system responds with the answer, pulled directly from live operational data.

It's a small shift in interface. The effect on who actually uses the data, and how often, is more significant than it might seem.

Our partner ecosystem keeps growing and so does the team behind it.

Rafael recently joined us in Antwerp as an intern in our Partnerships department, working closely with Alexander, our Director of Partnerships.

Having studied and lived across Brazil, the USA, Australia, and Belgium, he brings an international perspective that fits well with the cross-market nature of our partner work.

During his internship, he is building the Apicbase Partnership Hub — an internal platform that gives both our team and our partners a single place to manage the ecosystem, so collaborations and integrations move even faster.
