What an achievement for BASE (Telenet Group) and November Five! 🏅
We made it to Fast Company’s list of most innovative experiences and we earned the highest score for a Telco app in Belgium. 🫳🏻🎤

With the My BASE experience, we set out to create a stronger emotional connection with the BASE customer. By applying N5 MX™️ thinking, we were able to pinpoint which immaterial needs and unique brand aspects to leverage in order to create this meaningful and differentiating experience.

This was only possible thanks to a solid, cross-departmental and cross-partner collaboration, where brand, marketing, CVP, insights, and tech worked closely together.
