Last week, Uflow was happy to attend the two-day Smashing Conference on Design & UX. 🚀

💡 For the first time ever, it took place in Antwerp, so we had the opportunity to attend a lot of interesting talks, including:

- about the importance of design systems & how this approach could be globalized to help designers save time.

- on how to be more conscious about the words we choose in UX and the impact they have. ( e.g. "Subscribe" vs "Become a member").

- on how he integrated conversational AI technology into his website, which runs through his own articles, videos, etc. to answer user questions in his own wordings.

Inspired and looking forward to the next edition!

Last year, our client Immoweb, the most important real estate platform in Belgium, booked record profits.

We have been assisting them since 2019 with various UX Research, Strategy & Design actions to achieve this. 🚀

🔍 For the estimation tool, we supported with: UX Research (contextual user interviews & surveys), Usability Testing & UX Design.
