is ready for now because the needs attention since racing season is nocking on the door!
When I find the time I’d like to make extra fuel tanks at the back and a good skid plate.

Small thing, BIG difference! With some help from a friend it was even nice to do 😅

Finished the wiring harnas, subframe tray, mounting for battery, regulator/rectifier, fuses, start relais, cable routing and…did a first test ride. A bit too loud (🫣) but no leaks on the new oil tank or exhaust. The 2 into 1 sounds superb…🎶🥰

Finished the oil circuit connecting the new oil tank and the engine using AN hoses and fittings. There is a valve in there that makes sure the oil doesn’t flow to the engine when it’s not running or it would slowly fill up the sump. Also started work on the rear subframe to house the Li-ion battery and other electronics. Work has been halted for a while (pictures are at least 10 days old) but I’m going to try and have a testride before the end of this month…wish me luck 😉

Finished the dry sump oil tank for the . SO much work but very happy with the result! Made all the individual parts out of billet on the lathe and mill. Fun jobs but time consuming ☺️

Had some fun making the inlets for the oiltank on the out of billet aluminium. No CNC, just some turning and milling ☺️.

Started work on the oil tank and on the first designs of the fuel tanks. Design 4’ has around 25L in total. First up is finishing the oil tank and hose routing. More to follow…😉

A little work goes a long way in weight savings. I bought a titanium Laser silencer, but it felt unusually heavy. Apparently, it had an internal baffle setup—which I definitely didn’t want 😒.
So I opened it up and rebuilt it into a straight-through setup. End result: 650 grams lost in the process and the engine will run better with it. Win-win!

Finished the exhaust on the
All welded and added a rubber mounted support behind the right footpeg. Had to redo a part because of too little clearance to the swingarm when the suspension was fully extended. Rookie mistake…😜
But now it’s even better than before so happy with it! On to the next part of the build!
