In 1915, the world's fair came to San Francisco - the Panama-Pacific International Exposition, celebrating the opening of the Panama Canal.

China sent tea. This one took home gold.

Tai Ping Hou Kui (太平猴魁), "Monkey King Tea," was developed around 1900 in Hou Keng village in the mountains around Huangshan, Anhui Province. Most green teas are rolled into pellets or twists. This one isn't - each leaf is hand-pressed flat, sometimes longer than your finger. Look closely and you'll see a faint red vein running through the center. Farmers call it "the red string."

In 1955 it was officially named one of China's 10 famous teas.

Brewed gongfu-style here. Gentle, floral, sweet finish - nothing like the grassy supermarket green tea most people know.

New arrivals in Antwerpen!

Antwerp, the wait is over! 🍵✨

The freshest arrivals have just landed, and the quality is insane. Here are the stars of the new batch:

🍂 Sun-dried Jin Jun Mei - A honey-sweet black tea with natural notes of chocolate and sweet potato. Smooth, cozy, and perfect for Antwerp's rainy days.

🤍 Silver Needles - The "champagne of tea." Only the youngest, fuzziest buds. Super high in antioxidants, delicate, and floral. It’s pure beauty in a cup.

🌙 Moonlight Beauty (Yue Guang Bai) - A unique white tea that’s withered under the moonlight. It has the freshness of a white tea but the soul and sweetness of a light honey.

I’m packing these for the big market on May 10th, but if you want to grab some before they’re gone - DM me now to pre-order! Which one are you trying first? 👇

I call it "spring in a cup." These little green pearls unfurl into whole leaves, releasing an insane orchid aroma - and no, there are zero flowers added. It’s just pure tea magic. 🌸

It’s buttery, smooth, and leaves a sweet honey-like aftertaste that lingers for ages. If you’re looking for a sign to upgrade your tea ritual, this is it.
