IV fluid In DENGUE...

Dengue ২ রকমের IV fluid ব্যবহার করা হয়

1. Crystalloid (1st choice)
2. Colloid

কখন iV fluid দিবো‼️(Indication)
▫️যখন পেশেন্ট Adequate Fluid Intake করতে পারবে না,,,অনেক Vomiting হলে
▫️পেশেন্ট Oral rehydration সত্ত্বেও, যখন Hct 10-20% বাড়তে থাকে...
Impending Shock /Shock⚡️

🟥🟥𝑻𝒚𝒑𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑪𝒓𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒊𝒅 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒖𝒆 পেশেন্ট :-
◼️0.9% NaCl (Isotonic নরমাল স্যালাইম Solution) (0.9% NS) (Preferable)✅
◼️0.45% Half strength নরমাল স্যালাইন (0.45% NS).....(Children

with shock..

If bp below 100mmhg
N/S(1l) i/v @ running
If bp develop n/s 30d/m or 20d/min

If not develop Bp then follow shock treatment....

Expansol 500 ML
I/v @ Running or 60d/ 50d/ 40/ STAT

If not develop BP then ICU
