Typically, it is attractive to work-at-home professionals, independent contractors, independent scientists or people who travel frequently who end up working in relative isolation.Coworking is a social gathering of a group of people who are still working independently, but who share values and who are interested in the synergy that can happen from working with people who value working in the same place alongside each other.Coworking offers a solution to the problem of isolation that many freelancers experience while working at home, while at the same time letting them escape the distractions of home.

Job Responsibilities

Act as the customer's main point of contact to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.

Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database

To coordinate the services of clients at the center premises

Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and Result Oriented

Requirements

Gender : Female

Education: Bachelor degree in any discipline or currently a university student.*

Additional Requirements

Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English and Bengali.

Willing to work as a team.

Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Beginner level expertise in Microsoft Excel & Word.
