Claude Sonnet 4.5 is just insane! Unbelievable!

I tried to solve a problem for the last two days using ChatGPT and Google Gemini! It didn't get solved!

I gave a prompt to Claude Sonnet 4.5 in Agent Mode! Problem solved in 10 minutes! Unbelievable!

After extensively using Claude Sonnet 4.5 for the last few months, my realization is that knowing a programming language and being able to write good code are no longer very important skills! Claude can do all that with just one prompt!

In the age of AI, the big skills for a software engineer are now:

1. Knowing System Design, being able to build a system!
2. Debugging Skill - This is the biggest skill!
3. Leadership Skill

I've had another realization:

Now, a team of 10 people can complete the work of 10 people with 5 people, without any pressure! That means even if 5 people are laid off, the company won't be affected at all! That is, 5 people are laid off!

Therefore, to survive in the software engineering market in the age of AI, you must rely on System Design, Debugging, and Leadership skills!

আজ সকালে ময়মনসিংহ রাজিব বাসে ঢাকা আসছিলাম..গাজীপুর চৌরাস্তা থেকে ডা: এজাজুল ইসলাম বাসে ওঠেন..এর আগে উনার সম্পর্কে অনেক পজিটিভ কথা শুনেছি..আজ নিজ চোখে দেখলাম উনার সাধারণ চলাফেরা..সিট না পেয়ে ড্রাইভারের সাথের বসার জায়গায় বসছিলেন আমি আমার সিট ছেড়ে উনাকে বসতে বললাম উনি বসলেন না ওখানেই বসলেন..বাসে আরো অনেকেই উনার সম্মানে সিট ছেড়ে উনাকে বসতে বললেও উনি ওখানেই বসলেন বরং আমার সাথের সিট খালি হওয়ায় আবারো উনাকে ডাকলাম উনি উনার পাশের আরেকজনকে বসতে বললেন..বর্তমানে হাসপাতাল বা রাস্তায় ডাক্তারের সাথে হাটা বা কথা বলা অথবা বসা অকল্পনীয় অথচ উনি এত বড় ডাক্তার গুনি অভিনেতা হয়েও এত সাধারণ চলাফেরা বাসের সবাইকে বিমহিত করেছে..আসলে সত্যিই উনি গ-রি-বে-র ডাক্তার 🙂
