You correctly observe that the victim is powerless and the agent is full of potential. For the victim takes no responsibility or action against their adversaries; they wait for others to make things better. But the agent actively looks for their responsibility to solve problems and serve others.

Poor plans are ineffective (and even harmful at times). But full potential requires an effective plan for long-term development of human networks, experience, skills and goals. If any of those four pillars are not well considered, the plan will fail to achieve its highest potential. The importance of those pillars follows the order above: human networks are by far the most important factor of success. Serve others liberally and build strong alliances. Your combined strength will make up for many weaknesses in the other areas.

Continually optimize your plan, appreciate what you have, embrace the challenge and enjoy the struggle. At worst, it will be an exciting and fun fight against all odds and you will have been a positive and helpful influence in the lives of others. And at best, you will overcome all odds while elevating everyone around you at the same time.
