Syldon Medical City

After extensive discussions and alignment of views, this year’s AGM has been successfully concluded as yet another milestone AGM. Everyone is focused on the same goal: completing the project within the stipulated time and handing it over, and collectively arranging whatever is required to achieve that. In particular, if we can quickly mobilize the necessary funds for the next six months, it will be possible—Insha’Allah—to complete the project smoothly over the following one and a half years.

We sincerely thank Dr. Nurul M. Islam, MD (Primary Care Physician, USA) and Dr. Emad U. Ahmed, MD (Nephrology), Consultant at Kidney Clinic of Athens, GA, USA, for visiting the project site.

Both of them have been associated with this initiative from the very beginning — even before the land was purchased — and have played a visionary role as directors in shaping the project. Their continued guidance, commitment, and unwavering support remain a strong source of inspiration for us.

We are grateful for their trust and encouragement, and we look forward to moving ahead together toward our shared goal.

Board meeting held on 22.10.2025. Some important decisions have been taken.

Dr. Mohsin Ur Rahman Mamun is undoubtedly the best ICU physician in Sylhet.
He is the only doctor in Sylhet who holds an MD degree in Critical Care Medicine.
