Job Description / Responsibility
Present our services to potential clients through various mediums such as emails, face to face meetings, networking events etc.
Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Fax, Printers and other IT assents as per company policy.
Handling & trouble Shooting of IP Camera, CCTV, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
To ensure hardware, software and network, upgrades, installation, changes and re-locations.
Maintaining existing website and make changes upon requirements.
Provide user level support in daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Must be a team player with good communication and presentation skill.
Able to done project any location in Bangladesh.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Additional Job Requirements
Excellent Communication Skill in English.
Juniper/ CCNA Certification preferable.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
Able to work on design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
