Progressive Rural Activity Management (PROGRAM) is an independent, non-government, non-partisan and non-profit organization with a vision of Bangladesh in which people shall be free from inequality and poverty. In the context of the global movement against inequality and poverty, PROGRAM as a volunteer organization in Bangladesh took the initiative to be a part of this movement. PROGRAM's mission is to strengthen humanitarian assistance in emergencies and to create income-generating activities for rural and semi-urban poor and ultra-poor people to promote livelihood and develop the backward people in the mainstreamed Bangladesh society.
