𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
Diaphragm : Both hemidiaphragm are normal in position.
C-P angles are clear.
Heart : Cardiac apex is directed towards the right side.
Lung : Lung fields are clear.
Bony thorax : Reveals no abnormality.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 : Dextrocardia with situs inversus.
𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞 : Dextrocardia report done, on the basis of image
side marker provided.

𝐌𝓪𝓵𝓮,𝓐𝓰𝓮:𝟒𝟎 𝔂𝓮𝓪𝓻𝓼.
𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
No sign of free gas is seen under the domes of diaphragm.
No abnormal gas-fluid level is present in the gut.
No dilated bowel loop is seen.
Lung bases are normal.
Radio opaque shadow is noted in the line of right ureter at L3-L4 disc level.

Lumbar lordosis is straightened with normal vertebral alignment.
Partial collapse with anterior wedging noted at D12 vertebra.
No significant osteo-arthritic changes are seen.
Disc spaces are maintained.
S.I joint spaces are normal.

Bone density appear normal.
Marginal osteophytes are seen at the vertebral bodies.
Pedicles & inter-pedicular distances appear normal.
Disc spaces are reduced.
No definite pre or paravertrebral soft tissue swelling noted.
Radio opaque shadows are seen in pelvic cavity.

Heart : not evaluated.
Lungs : Dense opacity noted at left lung with shifting of
mediastinum to left.
Bony thorax : Visible parts reveals no abnormality.
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Left sided pleural effusion.
