Engineer (Experienced Diploma or BSc in civil)

👉 Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, Ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
👉 To supervise construction works. Ensure erection/construction work Assuring quality of erection/construction works.
👉 Managing site supervisor and labour/contractors.
👉 Communication with head office regarding implementation works.
👉 Reporting to project coordinators.
👉 Checking received materials.
👉 Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
Capable to store maintain. Knowledge about finishing work

Requirements:

👉 Experienced Diploma or BSc in civil
👉 Applicant should have 1 to 3 year(s) of experience
👉 The applicants should have enough technical & field knowledge & experience.
👉 Working as a extrovert and enthusiasm member in a team.
👉 Energetic, sincere, honest & laborious.

We need a proficient Junior Architect to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and designing buildings while keeping in mind the needs of the project

Key Responsibilities:

• Site visit & measurements
• Strong passion for design and creativity
• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position
• Maintaining any other work assigned by the management
• Preparing weekly & daily report & maintaining all database

Requirements:

👉 Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
