Internship Opportunity: E-commerce Support, Customer Support, Business Development

We are pleased to announce an exciting internship opportunity at INFORMATICS SYSTEMS. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team in Executive, E-commerce Support, Customer Support, and Business Development roles. This internship program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and innovative work environment.

Internship Details:
Duration: 6 months (3 months paid, followed by 3 months non-paid)

Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Support:
- Assisting with the management of our e-commerce platform
- Processing online orders and coordinating shipments
- Providing customer support via email and chat

2. Customer Support:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns

3. Business Development:
- Conducting market research and identifying potential business opportunities
- Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies
- Supporting the preparation of business proposals and presentations

Qualifications:
- HSC/Diploma/Bachelor's program in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience or knowledge in the respective field is preferred but not mandatory

The first three months of the internship will be paid, followed by three months of non-paid internship. This structure will provide a balanced learning experience, allowing you to contribute to our organization.
