Spacious and fully air-conditioned, the duplex bungalow contains a total of 4 bedrooms. All with attached baths- 3 upstairs and 1 downstairs.

The downstairs, apart from the bed also contains a large drawing, a dining and a kitchen. Providing sitting arrangements and comfort, the drawing is directly connected with the entrance of the house. The dining, just beside the drawing- is also a large one. Providing a seating of 12 people at a time, the dining is directly linked to the kitchen.

Upstairs contains a super spacious living decorated with a very cozy, lived-in persona. The living, facilitated with a large screen flat TV, sofas and divine will surely be your favorite hang-out place with friends and family! All the beds upstairs are connected with individual open balconies, providing wide scenic view outside!

The roof is probably another remarkable feature of the house. It’s wide and large- beautified with an amazing rooftop garden! A small shaded seating facility is also provided here for multiple guests. Chit-chat, Chess, Ludo or Card game- it’s the perfect place!
