It’s always good to know both perspectives but don’t let the fear mongering stop you from taking the decision to move to Canada if the pros outweigh the cons. If your decision comes out to be in favour of moving to Canada, you will see that most of the problems can be solved by taking accountability and making good money. Accountability is a mindset game. Making money is a skill game. Focus on identifying your key strengths, choose a high leverage vehicle and then build your competence. For example: a person working a minimum wage job works the same 8 hours but makes way less money than a software developer or a tech sales professional. Eventually, everything comes down to how good you are at what you do + your opportunity vehicle. If you take care of these two things, you will never have to be worried about making good money. If you look at the comments section, you will find people giving reasons like bad healthcare, expensive housing, etc. Everyone knows before coming to Canada that healthcare here is bad (even I have posted about it) but every country has its pros and cons. Regarding inflation, it’s everywhere not just in Canada. Even rents in Bangalore and Gurgaon have significantly increased for that matter. Won’t be a problem if you make good money.
