Job Responsibilities

# Ensure timely, accurate, and professional service is provided to all customers and Zendesk tickets are closed as quickly as possible, with maximum client satisfaction.
# Engage with customers in a friendly and personable manner.
# Contribute to a team effort to provide 24 x 7 x 365 coverage for customers, partners,freelancers and internal team(s), participating in an 'on-call' rotation to ensure this coverage.

Additional Requirements
----------------
# Immaculate English written and spoken skills is a must.
# 1 years of experience in a customer-facing, customer support role for a highly available SaaS solution.

# Preparation of Financial Statements independently along with checking of bills and preparation of vouchers.

# Maintain accounts receivable, bank reconciliation & other accounts head reconciliation using ERP Software.

# Inventory control: Maintain current stock & execute minimum purchase requirement.

# Manage audits end to end, including vendor selection and ongoing communication with auditors, tax advisors, and third-party professional service providers.

# IP Core network planning, dimensioning and provisioning with multivendor IP network elements as well as having hands on experience of CISCO/MIKROTIK product lines.

# Perform network improvements, upgrades and repairs.

# Products / Technical Knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
