Softdeft is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to help us connect businesses with powerful software solutions. We specialize in helping companies transition from manual processes to efficient, automated systems, and we need a persuasive communicator to lead that charge.

Education:.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science.
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).

Responsibilities & Context:

manage করা, নিয়মিত follow-up করা এবং নতুন business opportunity খুঁজে বের করা।

#ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং ও মার্কেট ভিজিটের মাধ্যমে নতুন ক্লায়েন্ট onboard করা এবং সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।

#কর্পোরেট ক্লায়েন্টদের জন্য lead generation ও prospecting

#প্রোডাক্ট ডেমো ও প্রেজেন্টেশন দিয়ে সফটওয়্যারের সুবিধাগুলো পরিষ্কারভাবে তুলে ধরা।

#ক্লায়েন্টের প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী professional proposal তৈরি ও উপস্থাপন করা।

#কল, ইমেইল ও সরাসরি মিটিংয়ের মাধ্যমে sales generate করা এবং deal close করা।

#দীর্ঘমেয়াদি ক্লায়েন্ট relationship maintain করা এবং customer satisfaction নিশ্চিত করা।

#প্রতিযোগীদের প্রোডাক্ট ও মার্কেট ট্রেন্ড বিশ্লেষণ করে কার্যকর সেলস স্ট্র্যাটেজি অনুসরণ করা।

#কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্ন ও সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান প্রদান করা।

#কোম্পানির প্রোডাক্ট ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে গভীর জ্ঞান অর্জন ও আপডেট থাকা ।

#সেলস অ্যাক্টিভিটি, ক্লায়েন্ট মিটিং ও ফিডব্যাকের সঠিক রেকর্ড রাখা।
মার্কেটিং টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে টার্গেট অডিয়েন্সে পৌঁছানো।

Experience:
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT-enabled service, Software Company.

Freshers Encouraged to Apply.
Male only, as it requires field work.
Applicants with a motorcycle may get Advantages.

Salary: 18000 including T/A + incentives. (Provisional period 3 months)
