For 1,086 days, P@lestinian families have endured death, displacement, hunger, and destruction. Children have grown up surrounded by rubble instead of classrooms, fear instead of safety, and loss instead of childhood. Schools have been destroyed or severely damaged, leaving hundreds of thousands of children without normal education. Hospitals and health services have been devastated, leaving many people without reliable access to essential medical care. UNICEF reports that homes, hospitals and schools have been destroyed, while malnutrition, disease, trauma and displacement continue to threaten children’s lives.

This is not simply a number on a calendar. It is 1,083 days of lives shattered, childhoods stolen, and a people enduring what a UN Commission of Inquiry has described as gen*oc*ide.

G@za must not be forgotten.

They deserve better 💔😩🍉

In a scene that reflects human resilience amid the conditions of war and displacement, the Palestinian child Muhammad Saeed Shaaban, 9 years old, is living in a displacement tent in northern G@za Strip, near the “Yellow Line” area in Jabalia, after his family was forced to flee and their home was destroyed by the w@r. Despite the severe inju*ries that led to the amputation of both his legs and one arm, the child continues to live his daily life with remarkable determination. He is seen playing football and performing physical exercises inside the tent, challenging his disability and the harsh conditions surrounding him. This scene embodies a sense of attachment to life and hope, amid the difficult humanitarian reality faced by displaced families in the G@za Strip, where children face compounded challenges between the loss of homes and stability, and the hardships of life in displacement camps.
Muhammad’s appearance while engaging in sports activity stands as a powerful message of the strength of will among children in confronting the effects of war, despite the pain and suffering it has left on their lives.

For 1084 days, the people of G@za have endured immense hardship, loss, displacement, and uncertainty. Children and families continue to live through the consequences of a devastating conflict. May the suffering end, may innocent lives be remembered, and may peace and dignity return to G@za. Remember the innocent. Remember G@za.
